ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS THROUGH USE
By using this site, you signify your agreement to all terms, conditions, and notices contained or referenced herein (the "Terms of Use"). If you do not agree to these Terms of Use please do not use this site. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to update or revise these Terms of Use at any time and without notice. Please check the Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of this site following the posting of any changes to the Terms of Use constitutes acceptance of those changes.
AGREEMENT TO RULES OF USER CONDUCT
Your Responsibilities
You agree to abide by Bleach Gaming's Rules of User Conduct, including but not limited to, agreeing not to use this site for any unlawful purpose. By posting information on or otherwise using this site, you agree that you will not upload, post, or otherwise distribute or facilitate distribution of any content -- including text, communications, software, images, sounds, data, or other information -- that: is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, deceptive, fraudulent, invasive of another's privacy, tortious, contains explicit or graphic descriptions or accounts of sexual acts (including but not limited to sexual language of a violent or threatening nature directed at another individual or group of individuals), uses vulgar language in the creation of a Screen Name or otherwise violates Bleach Gaming's rules or policies or these Rules of User Conduct;
infringes on any patent, trademark, copyright, right of publicity, or other proprietary right, or discloses trade secrets or other confidential information;
victimizes, harasses, degrades, or intimidates an individual or group of individuals on the basis of religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age, disability or military status;
contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs that are designed or intended to disrupt, damage, or limit the functioning of any software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment or to damage or obtain unauthorized access to any data or other information of any third party;
constitutes unauthorized or unsolicited advertising, junk or bulk e-mail (also known as "Spamming"), chain letters, any other form of unauthorized solicitation, or any form of lottery or gambling; or
impersonates any person or entity, including any staff member or representative of Bleach Gaming.
You further agree that you will not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from a minor (anyone under 18 yrs old). Personal information includes but is not limited to name, address, phone number or name of their school.
You also agree that you will not harvest or collect information about the users or members of this site or use such information for the purpose of transmitting or facilitating transmission of unsolicited bulk electronic e-mail or communications.
This Site is a Venue
This site serves as a venue through which users can discuss, ask questions, share, trade, sell and learn from each other. Because we are a venue, in the event that you have a dispute with one or more users, you release Bleach Gaming (and any of our staff or moderators) from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.
Information, opinions and other content posted on this site are solely those of the member posting such content and are in no way validated, nor endorsed by Bleach Gaming (this includes content posted by our administrators, moderators, and other staff members). Bleach Gaming is under no obligation to pre-screen, monitor, or edit the content posted by users of this site, and Bleach Gaming assumes no responsibility or liability arising from content provided by any user (including liability for any error, defamation, libel, slander, omission, falsehood, obscenity, pornography, profanity, danger, or inaccuracy). Notwithstanding the foregoing, Bleach Gaming and its agents have the right at their sole discretion to remove any content that, in Bleach Gaming's sole discretion, does not comply with the Rules of User Conduct or is otherwise harmful, objectionable, or inaccurate. Any user who feels that posted content is objectionable is encouraged to contact a moderator via Private Message. Bleach Gaming is not responsible for any failure or delay in removing such content.
Use of Your Content
For content you post or otherwise provide to Bleach Gaming via this site, you grant Bleach Gaming permission to (1) use, copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, reproduce, edit, modify, translate and reformat your content, and (2) sublicense these rights, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Bleach Gaming will not pay you for your content. Bleach Gaming may remove your content at any time. For each content posted, you represent that you have all rights necessary for you to make the grants in this section. Indemnity

Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT WILL BLEACH GAMING OR ITS STAFF BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, MONITARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, FRAUDULANT TRADE / SALE AGREEMENTS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSS, WHETHER IN AN ACTION UNDER CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR OTHERWISE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE RULES OF USER CONDUCT INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION: (A) YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE; (B) YOUR RELIANCE ON ANY CONTENT ON THE SITE; OR © ANY CONTENT POSTED BY ANY USER ON THIS SITE; EVEN IF BLEACH GAMING OR ANY RELATED PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Miscellaneous
These Rules of User Conduct express the complete understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous communications and agreements, written or oral, regarding this site. If any provision of these Rules of User Conduct or portion thereof is held invalid or unenforceable, such provision or portion thereof shall be deemed severed, and the remainder of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. The failure by Bleach Gaming to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of the Rules of User Conduct by you or others will not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right of Bleach Gaming. You may not assign or transfer these Rules of User Conduct or any rights hereunder, and any attempt to the contrary is void. The Rules of User Conduct will inure to the benefit of Bleach Gaming and its successors and assigns. Section headings used in this document are for convenience only and do not have any legal effect.
Notice and Procedure for Making Claims of Copyright or Intellectual Property Infringement
Bleach Gaming respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask our users to do the same. If you believe that your work has been copied, distributed or used by Bleach Gaming in a way that constitutes copyright infringement or infringement of other intellectual property rights, please contact a Bleach Gaming administrator.
Termination
You agree that Bleach Gaming may, under certain circumstances and without prior notice, immediately terminate your access to this site. Cause for such termination shall include, but not be limited to, (a) breaches or violations of these Rules of User Conduct, (B) requests by law enforcement or other government agencies, © discontinuance or material modification to this site (or any part thereof), and (d) unexpected technical or security issues or problems. You agree that all terminations for cause shall be made in Bleach Gaming's sole discretion and that Bleach Gaming shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to this site. You may not terminate your account due to trade / sale agreements made on this site. You may not change your user name due to trade / sale agreements made on this site.
Use of Forums Agreement
In order to keep the forums running well and to prevent problems, please follow these simple rules for our forums. If you have any questions or problems, please feel free to contact one of the Staff Members.
General Post Rules
Advertising and spamming are not allowed. This includes using the forum email and Private message system to spam other members. - English is the only acceptable language on this website.
- While debating and discussion is fine, we will not tolerate rudeness, insulting posts, personal attacks or purposeless inflammatory posts. Our decision is final in these matters.
- Please refrain from posting meaningless threads, one word (or short) non-sense posts, or the such.
- Multiple or repeated posting in order to increase your post count is not allowed.
- Please wait a reasonable amount of time before bumping posts.
- We also do not allow posts that are sexual in nature or violate Bleach Gaming community standards. The Bleach Gaming staff shall be the sole arbitrator of what does and what does not violate community standards.
- Discussion of illegal activities such as software and music piracy, drugs, and other violations are not allowed.
- Each member is allowed one login account. Registering with multiple accounts is not allowed.
We reserve the right to remove offensive posts without notice. Any threads/posts of these types will be deleted.
While these rules cover most common situations, they cannot anticipate everything. Consequently we reserve the right to take any actions we deem appropriate to ensure these forums are not disrupted or abused in any way.
Bleach Gaming shall be the sole arbitrator of what does and what does not violate community standards. We reserve the right to suspend, ban, or terminate anyone who willfully violates the forum rules, as access to our forums are a privilege and not a right.
Forum Avatars
Images containing profanity, drug or drug references, sexual content, or anything else that violates Bleach Gaming's community standards will be removed. The Bleach Gaming staff shall be the sole arbitrator of what does and what does not violate community standards.
Forum Signatures- You may have up to 5 lines in length in your signature as long as they do not contain profanity, drug references, or anything else that violates Bleach Gaming's community standards.
- Duplicate links to the same URL in a sig are not allowed.
- Font size can not be increased.
- Linking to a commercial or private website is fine, provided the website is not sexual or does not violate Bleach Gaming community standards. The Bleach Gaming staff shall be the sole arbitrator of what does and what does not violate community standards. (Examples include sites about drugs and/or sex.).
Image Guidelines
If a user is posting an image in a topic, it must follow these guidelines:- Maximum image size is 450x450. Larger images will be removed.
- Images containing profanity, drug or drug references, sexual content, or anything else that violates Bleach Gaming's community standards will be removed.
- Duplicate images are not allowed.
Bleach Gaming shall be the sole arbitrator of what does and what does not violate community standards. We reserve the right to suspend, ban, or terminate anyone who willfully violates the forum rules, as access to our forums are a privilege and not a right.
Trading and Selling
Neither Bleach Gaming nor any of its administrators or staff are held responsible for any loss you receive for performing an online agreement, such as a sales transaction or online trade, with another user.
Additional Rules
By registering as a user on Bleach Gaming, you agree to abide by all rules set forth on this website and you understand that Bleach Gaming reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time. |
